  5. I’m NOT disagreeing …
    I’m NOT disagreeing with you that the queen was based on a dinosaur. The shape of the heads of the aliens in War of the Worlds is SIMILAR but not the SAME.

    Details of the shape are different. The queen alien does look like a shield, whereas the WotW aliens are curved back more and are not very intimidating when compared to the queens.

    And like I said, other aliens (like Independence Day) also have that shape head. AND I’m not the only one who agrees that the heads have sexual imagery in them

    Thank you, yes it is. And so are the heads of the aliens in war of the worlds.

    They’re flat and shaped like a shield, or the crest of a ceratops. Also in the same way as the independence day alien, which also had a crest shaped head.

    The CREATORS of the original ALIEN movie said that the film has sexual imagery all over the film. They SPECIFICALLY said that the head of the alien is based on the head of a penis. The queen is different, THAT one is clearly based on a ceratop.

    I don’t just “read some article and agree with it” right off the bat. “Without expressing my own views on the design.” Yeah, you keep going with your pseudo-intellectual opinion of the design. Just know that it goes against the creators intent. Thanks.

    If you shaved anythings head a douche idiot film reviewer could twist it into being able to compare it to a penis.

    If anything their head is more like a shield. Which further represents the warlike culture of the species.

    Another amazing and …
    Another amazing and scary film from Spielberg. I like this scene because the Aliens aren’t going around destroying everything they see. They look curious and playing around with objects like at 7:00 or 7:44. It makes us feel that the Aliens are characters too and not just killing machines.
